How to downgrade SCX-3405 Help!

hello friends I need to downgrade to a printer SCX-3405, V.3.00.01.12, which placed a wrong firmware, now is the button turns red status and toner in naranja___, no prints, no fotocopea and PC essed appears mistake! please help! :( :( :( :(
