Samsung Xpress C1860FW

I need to find the original files of the Samsung CLX 4195FW and Xpress C1860FW flashes.
These two printers give me an "inadequate temperature" error.
I replaced the sensor and reset the software, but nothing has changed.
The last solution could be the reprogramming of the flashes.
Can anyone help me?

A clarification: do they serve to reprogram the flash, or are they firmware reset?
