Даже распакованное ядро не запускается, похоже, проблема не в прошивке, а в железе.

что делат заменит форматер

Открывай корпус, смотри на плату и ищи 8 ногую микросхему 25Q64 или 25L64. Название может быть типа w25q64.
Если есть такая - то ее несложно перешить на программаторе.
