I did not believe the Serial_No_Changer worked because I had only tried it on fixed firmware and it did not change. When I tried it on original firmware after reading your post, it DOES change the serial number and it changes it in the EEPROM as well! I changed the serial and read the EEPROM and it matched.
So now if I change the serial to a fixed firmware serial I have, and write the fixed firmware, I assume I won't be able to change the serial after the fixed firmware is written.
Does that sound about right?
