I need a fix SCX-3400

Hi
I need a fix for a SCX -3405 but  in the supplies information  it says  SCX - 3400 series

 Machine Serial Number : Z6TTB8KD3B01JKX

                                        Firmware:  V3.00.01.18
                                                         
                                        Serial No.  CRUM-130313E8638

The CRUM  contains a letter "E" that's why I couldn't generate a fix by my self.

Can any one help me with this one?

P.S I only saw later the "I don't speak russian thread"  if some one can move it there I would appreciate that. Thnx
