Thank you, but it doesnt works, I don't know why.
After the process, the printer lights go orange and red and it keeps blocked. Do you know if there's something I can do?

I have to run the firmware installation with and old, or new toner? I tried everything. And it haven't changed, I can't use not original toner, and when I firmware installation, it gets blocked, I have to cut the power to unblock it.

Try to print from computer.
Any error message?

After being block, I cut off the power and restart the printer... I can only print with the original toner, but it's stays as always... If i put another toner i got the "not compatible" toner...  and red light at the printer.
