SCX-4833FR_initialization

Ребята нужна помощь! Есть устройство SCX-4833FR, так как рассказывает клиент, фикс с обычного состояния не заливался попробовали залить в принудиловке, вроде как фикс залился, по после того принтер, так и не выходит в готовность, пишет постоянно initialization, не выходя в готовность. Что может быть куда копать?
В принудиловке оригинал не льется.

Изначально в аппарате была 12 версия, для других версий может не подойти.
Для решения подобной проблемы для другой версии по этому аппарату напомните мне: 0x10000 - 0x1680068
