NEED FIRMWARE FOR SCX-4521F

Hello friends I need firmware for my Samsung  SCX-4521F. Today is my 1st day of joining this forum I hope somebody help me for the Firmware of SCX-4521F  .When i turn On my SCX-4521F MFP the display turned ON and just show only  TIME  e.g        11:20 (am)    no other keys did not work for making copies ,Fax or Scanner. it work as a printer but the copier and scanner ,and Fax is not working

we key: menu - # - 1934 - menu;
After an input in the service menu there will be a text TECH;
by means of keys [left arrow] - [right arrow] we find record "New cartridge", we select "Yes".
For an output from the service menu it is switched simply off and we turn on the device.

Thanks for your kind and helpful reply, in my post i told that non of keys works on the Panel ,i can not ENTER in the TECH MODE,can make COPY or other Function from the PANEL just   I can PRINT from the PC.When i turn ON the PANEL shows only TIME at the center of the screen   like   11:34 (am)  nothing else only the Darkness  and the  Original Type  LED glow  green.  I hope you understand my question  or problem .

you must set your time and date BY NUM PAD KEY  then printer go ready !
