Study the datasheet for NAND.
This chip has a complex structure. Nonlinear. Includes additional information for error correction and compensation of bad blocks.
By simply adding a boot header can not get the firmware to flash over USB.
And no ask me - "HOW ?" I don't know.

For change CRUM in EEPROM without open printer you need install Cartridge with this CRUM :)
