scx 4833fr ошибка термофиксатора

Добрый день помогите с аппаратом scx 4833fr ошибка термофиксатора(U1-2320,U1-2330)
по коду  Error #U1-2320 Turn off then on
Error #U1-2330 Turn off then on
проблема с печкой вроде все ясно,но разобрав печь предохранитель целый,лампа целая термистор тоже целый

помогите может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой?

Check if the input voltage is normal.
