LoginAre you sure, you have V1.01.01.64 and not V1.00.01.64 ?
This custom firmware is for the following versions:
V1.00.01.64 or below
If firmware version is not supported, please, don't try to flash this custom firmware;
1. Download the archive and extract it.
2. Print the configuration report:
a) Click "Menu" on your printer;
b) choose "System"
c) choose "Setup"
d) choose "Report"
e) choose "Configuration"
Make sure that firmware version is supported(V1.00.01.64 or below)
3. Open "ChangeSN.exe" and input the following serial number: 14BWBAGS200012Z
5. Restart the printer. Turn it off, wait 10 seconds and turn it on again. After that, print the configuration report once again and make sure serial number is changed.
6. Open folder "FIX" and drag "FIX_NU_14BWBAGS200012Z_CLX-3175N_V1.00.01.64.hd" over "usbprns2.exe"
7. After that, firmware will be flashed. Wait a while, printer will restart.
8. Turn the printer off. Open the front door and pull the toner cartridge out.
9. Seal the cartridge chip with the tape OR REMOVE THE CHIP.
10. Reinsert the toner cartridge and close the front door. Turn the printer on.
