I need firmware fix for the model SANSUMG ML-1670. If somebody can help me, i will give more dates of the printer in private.

The firm ml-1670/1675 v07 http://www.mediafire.com/?9x263c4u0tjn8tu, (http://www.mediafire.com/?9x263c4u0tjn8tu,) works with v07, not v04, isnt it?

There are two archives: 1670_V1.01.00.07NU.hd    and   1670_V1.01.00.07U.hd
they work with all ML1670 serial numbers?
Which one must i use?
With which program i have to use it?

Ok, then the steps would be:

1.CONNECT THE PRINTER TO THE PC CONTAINING THE PROGRAM ASSISTANT USB PORT, THE ONLY MUST BE CONNECTED BY PORT USB PRINTER.
2.MUST BE SET TO DEFAULT PRINTER AND BE THE ONLY OF THIS MODEL UNDER CONTROL PANEL PRINTERS
3.RUNNING THE PROGRAM usbprns2.exe
4.EJECUTE OR DRAG THE ARCHIVE 1670_V1.01.00.07NU.hd  OR 1670_V1.01.00.07U.hd INTO USBPRNS2.EXE
RESET PROCEDURE MUST BE WITH ORIGINAL CARTRIDGE CHIP INSIDE YOUR PRINTER, NO CHIP TO BE COVERED WITH DUCT TAPE WHEN RESET

connect printer via usb. install driver or just close window "found new hardware"
drag fix into usbprns2. wait about 1 min. printer will be restarted
remove or tape chip

The printer divers i installed via internet two years ago. In 08-04-2013 through windows update I install this file Samsung - Printers - Samsung ML-1670 Series. Any problem with this update. Im afraid if y break the printer
