Reset FW for  V3.00.02.16 does not exist.
You need downgrade first to ver. 3.00.01.21 by reprogram (or replace) NAND flash.

I can set a forced mode to load the firmware (By pressing the STOP/CLEAR + power buttons and connecting the power cable), but I do not know if this will let me download the version. Do you know if it's possible? A greeting
