Hello. I would like to help me with the following printer is currently locked.

Samsung ML-1860*
Firmware Version: V1.02.00.19F12-0302010.
Serial Number: Z5U4BAAB400186M

Greetings from Argentina.

*In the configuration report says "1860" but in the front of the printer figure "1865". It is a problem?. Hope you can help me.

Thank you Ampsoft!, I tried the firmware but got no results. Then I realized that I made a mistake, I apologize. The serial number is incomplete.
The correct form is: Serial Number: Z5U4BAAB400186M

I was wrong to copy the serial number.
