Another idea,
If I take the original firmware (the latest version which can be reset), open with HEX editor NEO and delete from 0-77
After that I put it on the programmer
same like here (for 3405) http://blog.fix-free.info/?p=775 (http://blog.fix-free.info/?p=775)

will work?
