xerox phaser 3320 "page pack mode"

hi, i'm asking for help
when the printer startup it gives "page pack mode" message
if i press "ok" it asks for a code with 4 digits,
if i navigate for "postpon" and choose "ok" the printer starts normally for 50 jobs and then gives another error
