Hello and a nice day, I need a firmware (toner fix) for the Samsung ML-1865W. Serial number: Z5IRBKAB800145J Firmware: V3.00.01.10 Unfortunately no further information can be read out because the LED is red. Thank you for your help

Thank you for your prompt reply.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to print with the printer because it does not recognize the toner. There is no original toner available, just a refill.
Error message: Toner not recognized
 
Is there another way to read out the CRUM?
